Our structured approach to budget development and attention to detail in cost management provides our clients with clear and concise information to use as a basis in making informed decisions and early identification of any discrepancies between client expectations and project planning/coordination. Material procurement is often times the most critical component overlooked by Owners due to product lead time and fabrication needs. We urge our clients to involve our project management team as early as possible in the early design, planning & pre-construction phase of the project. Proper early planning, design review, value engineering, site logistic plans, procurement schedules and phasing plans not only align or improve the project with client expectations, but also significantly increase efficiency once mobilized onsite.
While DCM has the ability to self-perform many aspects of general construction, our sub-contractor selection process includes rigorous coordination and communication on operating procedures while in an operating hotel to ensure the high standard we hold for guest experience and coordination with operations is consistent not just in our team, but throughout the project and other various teams. DCM has extensive experience in assisting our clients in planning through execution of property improvement plans (PIP). From re-licensing to complete re-branding DCM is experienced in reviewing and complying with brand construction standards. DCM provides our clients with a comprehensive approach on a value driven basis while minimizing any potential disruptions to operations.
