Similar to hospitality projects, commercial office fitouts all come with their own project specific challenges and requirements. Often times fit outs are occupied renovations. Night work is typically requested to allow for resumed daily operation of business. Night work comes with its own set of requirements such as: increased need for cleanliness, security, temporary workstation relocations and connectivity, etc. Close coordination with the tenant, design team, building maintenance teams and furniture vendors ensure all aspects of the project are a success. Not only maximizing the client’s immediate usability of the space but also ensuring consideration for building systems integration and future maintenance.
