Holiday Inn – Bangor, ME

Complete 5,000 SF lobby renovation including all finishes, kitchen finishes, banquette & function areas, storefront & porte co·chère. This project was an occupied renovation. Maintaining guest egress and relocating the front desk during renovations was particularly challenging on this project. Our team worked with data specialists to ensure connectivity to the hotels systems was maintained during the temporary front desk setup. as this project was completed in the winter, we used an outdoor heated and lit tent area for temp guest check in.
