Hilton Garden Inn – Portland, ME

Water damage restoration project included many areas of the hotel such as: meeting rooms, guest rooms, fitness area, lobby and corridors. During a cold winter night, a pipe had froze and poured hundred of gallons of water through the hotel stemming from the top floor all the way down through the lobby. We were called in the middle of the night and gathered our crews to start removal of the wet items immediately. Working closely with the owners insurance agents, we were able to provide updated finishes for the owner and minimize lost revenue by prioritizing high impact areas first.
