Property underwent a water damage claim due to a burst sprinkler line in the attic. Damaged areas included the lobby and reception areas, all three guest room floors and associated corridor sections. Work was completed in phases and sections in order to keep the hotel operational and minimize operational losses. Ownership took the opportunity to upgrade the layout, finishes and furniture throughout the project.
