Clarion Hotel – Portland, ME

During an intense wind/snow storm, the aging exterior facade of this building was left damaged and separating from the exterior building framing. In the dead of winter DCM was called to repair the entire south facing exterior wall EFIS finish, re-attached to building framing and re-sealing. We used a scaffolding which we tented off and heated to ensure the proper temperature was maintained for the EFIS application and installations.
