From 2011 to current DCM has completed a number of tenant fit-out projects at this property including companies such as: Head Invest, Outside television, Direct Vet Marketing, The Olympia Companies Home Office. These fit-outs included a complete redesign of the existing layout, working with furniture designers & suppliers to suite the needs of the new space for the tenant, working with architects to submit stamped drawings for permitting, etc. With the different lease agreements for each space, each scope of work would vary slightly from GC services only, to a complete turnkey solution including design, permitting, construction, furnishings, etc. One of the more unique projects at the custom house was the installation of an exterior window within the limits of a historical piece of building signage. Upon review with the planning board, we came up with the original idea to use window vinyl similar to what is used on city busses for one sided advertising. We used this vinyl and made a custom match to continue the sign over the windows so it appears as though the sign is un-interupted from the outside but invisible from the inside.
